Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every Gajpex purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return a product and get a refund or replacement.

1. When you can return

• The product arrived damaged, defective or different from what was described.
• You received the wrong item or wrong quantity.
• You changed your mind — provided the item is unused, uncut and in its original packaging, and you ask within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items that cannot be returned

• Products that have been used, installed, cut, welded or altered.
• Custom-size or made-to-order products, unless they are defective.
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery, or without the invoice and original packing.
• Damage caused by misuse, poor handling or improper installation.

3. How to request a return

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the reason, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup or tell you how to send it back.

4. Damaged or wrong deliveries

Please report these within 48 hours of delivery and do not use or install the product. Keep the packaging and invoice until the issue is resolved. After verification we will replace the item or refund it at no extra cost to you.

5. Return shipping

For damaged, defective or wrong items, we bear the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, return freight may be deducted from the refund.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product passes inspection.
• Money goes back to the original payment method or to your bank account. Bank transfers may take 3–5 more days to reflect.

7. Exchanges

Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size or grade within 7 days, subject to stock. Any price difference will be adjusted.

8. Sale items

Products bought at a discount or during a sale can be returned only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
